The Recruitment Core  will enhance UCR’s “cluster hiring” faculty initiative that is adding 300 tenure-track positions in 33 cross- disciplinary areas selected through a peer- reviewed competition.

Establishment of the HDR@UCR Center will strengthen the initiative to reach out to, hire and nurture scholars committed to excellence and to strengthen UCR’s aspiration as an engaged and inclusive research university for the next generation.
